We had a noise coming from our condenser pump and called Jennings, because the company that had installed our new system about 3 years ago had gone out of business (retired). They offered multiple time windows which worked perfectly. Andy was very courteous, polite, thorough, helpful, and informative. He explained to my husband that our condenser pump really just needed to be cleaned and offered to do it. My husband said he thought he could do it, but appreciated Andy’s information. Andy also checked our water heater, furnace efficiency for gas leaks, vents, carbon monoxide monitoring, and offered to check the fuse box. He was very efficient and was very good with our 4-legged canine child. Andy and Jennings are top quality at what they do! Thanks!”

“Cold weather was just around the corner and we needed our commercial warehouse furnaces serviced. This is no small task because they are suspended at least 15 feet above the floor. I sent an email to the President of Jennings Heating and had a rapid, professional response. The service department was notified and called to say that a technician would be there the following day. At the precise time, Ben, the technician arrived. He was cordial and courteous, a skilled and experienced tech, who immediately diagnosed the problems. We were surprised when they said they were able to get someone out that night! Andy made it to our house around 10:30pm. He called first to make sure it was ok to come that late. He was able to diagnose the problem and was very patient talking with our home warranty person. Andy was very pleasant to be around and explained everything throughly. He gave us tips on how to maintain our furnace. We had no idea our furnace had an electric filter, that malfunctioned and needed filters. I had searched through manuals I found online it said it didn’t need filters, one was built in. Through his safety inspection we were able to obtain so much information to plan our maintenance for Rinai Water system, furnace and electrical box. Andy stuck with this job through 3 visits to make sure everything was completed with his 100% satisfaction! We were very blessed he was chosen for our Emergency call. We will definitely be using Jennings again and asking for Andy! THANK YOU!”
