Commercial, HVAC and Energy
Mike Foraker is the President of Jennings Heating and Cooling and has been with the company for the entirety of his 39-year career in the HVAC industry.
Mike graduated from Bowling Green State University with a 4-year degree in Business and is certified in Energy Management and Energy Procurement. He is a Business Energy Professional as well as being a member of the Association of Energy Engineering (AEE).
His favorite part of the job is business development and taking part in helping people reach their full potential.
Outside of work Mike likes to spend time with his wife and kids, read, kayak, work out and enjoy the outdoors.
Don Alt has been with Jennings for 21 years and manages our financial statements, human resources, AP and AR as well as job costing.
Don graduated from Ashland University with a B.S./B.A. in Accounting/Marketing. Before he came to Jennings, Don worked for three years in public accounting at Ernst & Young.
Don likes the daily diversity he experiences in his job and outside of work he enjoys any kind of physical fitness, weight training and prides himself on being a movie buff.
Michael Catalano is the General Manager of Jennings; this job entails guiding the managers and employees of the company to a central objective of outstanding customer service.
Mike has been with Jennings for 27 years and in the HVAC field for over 34 years. He is licensed by the State of Ohio in heating and also has a state electrical license as well as a fire alarm license.
He enjoys the diversity of his job and the fact that no two days are alike, along with the challenges that await him daily. In his free time, Mike volunteers for the local Boy Scout Council and has been involved with that for many years.
Don Truex is our service manager and has been with Jennings for 21 years. His job entails working closely with our customers, customer service scheduling and dispatching.
Having spent 30 years in the Customer Care and Service field, Don is truly an expert at helping customers and treating them with the utmost respect.
What Don enjoys most about his job is when customers call him to compliment one of Jennings Service Techs on a job well done.
Outside of work Don enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.
Service Agreements and Dispatch
Holly handles our service agreements, orders parts and processes warranty claims. She also dispatches techs and carries out daily office duties. Holly comes to us with a background in customer service and sales. She has been with Jennings for four years and truly believes we have the best customers!
Holly is a mother of two and loves spending time with them. She is a self-professed movie aficionado, recipe enthusiast and lover of great books.
Holly’s favorite part of her job at Jennings is helping customers and thriving on the fast-paced environment.
Residential, Comfort Consultant
Dan Mullin has been with Jennings since April of 2011. His job requires conducting engineering analyses and helping customers replace their heating and cooling systems with energy efficient comfort systems that fit the client’s ever changing needs.
Dan has over 20 years sales experience. What Dan enjoys most about his job here is meeting different people every day. Outside of work Dan enjoys spending time with his family (his wife of over 30 years and his two children), golfing, reading, and traveling.
Commercial Sales Estimator
Dan has been with Jennings since 2016 in the role of Commercial Estimator. Dan has over 10 years of experience in the CNC machine manufacturing industry and over 5 in the aerospace industry. Dan is responsible for doing detailed engineering analyses and designing energy efficient solutions for our commercial and industrial customer’s wide variety of needs.
Dan has a wife and son and enjoys spending time with friends and family. Some of Dan’s hobbies include riding motorcycles, working on cars, building computers as well as hiking and enjoying the outdoors.
Residential Sales Manager
Melissa is our Residential Sales Manager, and has been with us for three years. She takes care of setting up all the comfort advisors and senior techs estimate calls, closing sales and doing follow ups on their estimates.
Melissa had previously been in retail sales management for 13 years. She enjoys the fast paced work environment of Jennings and helping customers get the right equipment for their home.
When Melissa’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, sightseeing and finding new places to visit.
Residential Comfort Advisor
Bob has been in the heating and cooling industry for 35 years. He grew up in the industry spending many years working with his father in the Cleveland area.
Bob enjoys helping people with their heating and cooling needs, and making sure that they get the right system for their home.
Outside of work, Bob enjoys spending time with his family and attending outings with his church youth group.
Residential and Commercial Install Scheduling
Tami handles all of the scheduling on jobs for the residential and commercial departments at Jennings. She has a background in manufacturing and customer service, so it’s no surprise that her favorite part of the job is helping customers get scheduled for installations.
When she is not at work, Tami enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Permits and Dispatch
Kim has been working at Jennings for two years now and is responsible for obtaining and scheduling all the permits for the jobs we do. She also dispatches out the technicians.
Kim has a background in customer service and management, so naturally she enjoys being able to help our customers with their heating or cooling needs or questions.
Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends while not at work. She also loves taking care of animals—her own pets, as well as those she finds who are lost or hurt.
