Just So You Know...
A cooling system that requires refrigerant every year has a leak in the system.
The system will not cool if too much refrigerant leaks out. The mechanic may add refrigerant to the system to facilitate cooling and look for obvious leaks; however, there is no guarantee on how long the system will cool without performing a complete leak search.
If the unit is over ten years old, you should consider the value of a new and more efficient unit over the cost of repair.
If you have any questions about the leak search, Please call the Service Department at Jennings Heating Co.
