Matt Penn is Jennings' Residential Replacement and certified Comfort Advisor. He has been with Jennings since July of 2008. His job requires conducting engineering analyses and helping customers replace their heating and cooling systems with energy efficient comfort systems that fit the client's ever changing needs.

Matt has extensive experience in retail sales as well as two years in a managerial position and was also a Regional Manager. What Matt enjoys most about his job here is the opportunity to work with customers and to help meet the wide spectrum of needs presented there. Matt also enjoys the ongoing learning curve that is present in this energy industry. Outside of work Matt loves to catch an Ohio State Buckeyes game, spend time with his family and play and write music.

Residential / Commercial Replacement & Comfort Advisor

Mike Broyles is our Commercial and Residential Sales Consultant.  He has been involved in the industry for 17 years.  His job involves performing Energy Audits, Duct Designs, and Comfort Analyses for customers. 

Mike has extensive and specialized knowledge in Heating and Cooling and Commercial Refrigeration.  What Mike enjoys most about his job is the variety of product choices and the many different options available to solve each customers needs.  The greatest joy for Mike is having a satisfied customer.

Outside of work Mike loves to play golf, spend time with his boys, and most importantly spend time with his wonderfully supportive wife.
