Matt Penn is Jennings' Residential Replacement and certified Comfort Advisor. He has been with Jennings since July of 2008. His job requires conducting engineering analyses and helping customers replace their heating and cooling systems with energy efficient comfort systems that fit the client's ever changing needs.

Matt has extensive experience in retail sales as well as two years in a managerial position and was also a Regional Manager. What Matt enjoys most about his job here is the opportunity to work with customers and to help meet the wide spectrum of needs presented there. Matt also enjoys the ongoing learning curve that is present in this energy industry. Outside of work Matt loves to catch an Ohio State Buckeyes game, spend time with his family and play and write music.

Dan Mullen is Jennings' other Residential Replacement and certified Comfort Advisor. He has been with Jennings since April of 2011. His job requires conducting engineering analyses and helping customers replace their heating and cooling systems with energy efficient comfort systems that fit the client's ever changing needs. 

Dan has over 20 years sales experience.  What Dan enjoys most about his job here is meeting different people every day.  Outside of work Dan enjoys spending time with his family (his wife of 32 years and his two children), golfing, reading, and traveling.

Stephanie Hoover is Jennings' Sales Lead Coordinator.  She has been with Jennings since March 2011.  Her job requires coordinating sales leads, scheduling, reporting, and marketing including social media marketing.

Stephanie has an insurance background of 10 years in sales and was a sales supervisor for 3 years.  Stephanie enjoys working at Jennings because she gets to help people with their comfort needs and likes working for a reputable company that has been in business for over 80 years.  Outside of work Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, going to her children's sporting events, and volunteering to help our veterans.
